AJAC - Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeship
AJAC has one goal: to engineer the next generation of highly skilled aerospace and advanced manufacturing workers from Seattle to Spokane. How does it work?
- Enrollees attend schooling one night a week, and as a partner, we commit to moving them around to different departments within our facility for on-the-job training.
- You gain a well-rounded base of skill and experience, and we take satisfaction in knowing that our team has an all-encompassing understanding of the machining industry.
CNC Swiss Machinist
We’re currently accepting applications for a CNC Swiss Machinist. This position involves setting up and operation of CNC Swiss lathes.
CNC Machinist
We’re accepting applications for a CNC Machinist, specifically someone with CNC turning experience. This position involves the setup and operation of various CNC machines.
Parts Finishing Technician
We’re currently accepting applications for a Parts Finishing Technician. This position involves various finishing/deburring operations to the machined parts.
